Chicken Tikka

Ingredients : 
1 3/4 pound chicken breasts
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbs. lemon juice
1 tbs. fresh ginger, peeled and grated
3 tsp. ground cumin
3 tsp. ground coriander
3 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. salt
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/3 cup yoghurt
1/4 chopped onion

Preparation :
Cut the chicken in small pieces.
Soak 12 wood skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to make sure they don't catch fire during cooking.
Blend the ginger, garlic, onions, lemon juice and spices in a mixer.
Salt, add the yoghurt and mix together.
Thread chicken pieces on the skewers.
Place it into a dish, cover with cling film and chill overnight.
Cook directly on the barbecue or in a greased frying pan.
